Interviews with tech leaders on AI and human flourishing
As part of the AI Faith & Civil Society Commission, I have been speaking with tech leaders and innovators on AI and human flourishing.
We are asking interviewees about what drives their business and innovation, how their work contributes to human wellbeing, creativity, and freedom, and the pitfalls and dangers of developments in their fields.
We are also interested in what role faith or the sacred might play in their work. Our aim is to learn more about the social and existential impact of AI, how it might enhance our humanity and how, as users of AI, we might better engage with those in the driving seat and help shape its development.
My latest interview (below) is with Guy Gadney, CEO of Charisma.ai, an interactive storytelling platform, which allows writers to develop characters that interact and respond to audiences.
